Social Distancing Floor Marker

Pictured above is a floor mat marker. The sign has a grippy surface for increased tread on shoes. It was used to help with social distancing in heavy traffic areas by marking standing spots that were six feet apart. The above floor mat comes from the Sakowich Campus Center, which is home to the fitness center, dining hall, and post office. Many such floor markers have been removed but, as of December 2021, some can still be found throughout campus.
